Select the profile for the scale of the door
A slim frame may work on small drawer fronts, while detailed raised or arched profiles need enough width and height for the geometry to remain balanced.
Custom cabinet doors solve the sizing and style problems that stock doors cannot. We CNC-cut MDF doors and drawer fronts to the approved dimensions and profile for kitchens, vanities, built-ins, and qualified shipped orders.

Custom doors are the right choice when you need exact sizes, a coordinated style, or replacement fronts for cabinets that do not match standard retail dimensions.
We start with what you have now, what you want to change, and the details that will make the biggest difference in the finished room.
A slim frame may work on small drawer fronts, while detailed raised or arched profiles need enough width and height for the geometry to remain balanced.
Dimensions should be written width first, then height, with fractions checked carefully. We do not infer overlay or cabinet opening calculations from an incomplete list.
Double-door openings may need a center reveal, hinge-side allowances or a coordinated meeting edge. Left and right doors should be labeled rather than treated as duplicates.
Material preparation, schedule, packing and handling change with the finish condition. A finished order also requires an approved color and realistic understanding of screen and lighting variation.
The right answer may be refinishing, new doors, refacing, a custom addition, or a complete build. We will compare the choices and spell out exactly what each option includes.
A broad, clean frame-and-panel look that fits many kitchens and vanities.
Narrower rails or beveled details for a lighter contemporary appearance where dimensions allow.
Flat fronts for modern work, easy visual alignment and hardware-led design.
More decorative routed choices for furniture, vanities and traditional cabinet projects.
Door style matters, but so do fit, preparation, proportions, hardware, finish, and installation. The finished room only looks right when all of those details work together.
We look at the existing condition before recommending what to buy. When a focused upgrade can deliver the result, we will say so. When the boxes, layout, or storage need to change, we will explain why.
Doors, drawer fronts, frames, ends, toe kicks, crown, fillers, and interiors are handled differently. Your estimate will clearly list what is being built, finished, replaced, or left in place.
Dimensions, door profile, color, sheen, hardware, and hinge choices are checked before custom work begins so the shop has one approved set of information.
You will see what is included, what is optional, and which choices can change the price before work begins.
Before anything is built or finished, we confirm the measurements, materials, style, color, hardware, and exact scope of work.
Record every width, height, quantity and front type, then identify pairs, false fronts and special dimensions.
The selected design is checked against minimum dimensions and the intended paint or finish system.
Hinge boring, handle-hole work when offered, edge profile and any special notes are approved before cutting.
Doors and drawer fronts are nested, routed, inspected and prepared to the raw, primed or finished condition shown on the order.
The completed order is organized for the agreed delivery method. Shipping charges and packaging are based on the complete packed shipment.
The price depends on the number and size of components, their condition, the materials and finish you choose, and the installation work involved.
Your estimate will clearly list the work, materials, selections, and responsibilities included in the price. Requested changes are discussed before additional work moves forward.

MDF is commonly used for routed painted doors because it provides a consistent machining surface. The exact material and thickness are confirmed on the quote.
A photograph can guide profile selection, but exact replication may require dimensions or a physical sample. Small differences in rail width, bevel or panel geometry should be expected unless the profile is specifically matched.
The total depends on exact dimensions, quantity, profile, material, finish, machining and delivery. Urban Fresh provides one written total for the complete approved order; local measuring, finishing or installation is included only when listed.
Yes. Drawer fronts can use a matching routed profile or a simplified/slab treatment depending on height and design. Very short fronts may not support the full door geometry.
Yes when specified. We need the cup size, setback and vertical locations or an approved standard appropriate to the hinge and cabinet.
Custom-cut work becomes nonrefundable after payment and production begins, except for an approved manufacturing-error or warranty remedy under the warranty terms. Customer-supplied measurement errors are not manufacturing defects.
Send photos and a few details. We will review the project and contact you to discuss the options, timing, and next step.
