Processing & Handling Time

• Custom or special-order vanities may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at checkout.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• We offer standard freight shipping for all bathroom vanities due to their size and weight.
• Estimated delivery time is 14-21 business days, depending on your location.
• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated after checkout based on the delivery address.

Delivery & Inspection

• All vanities are delivered curbside. The shipping carrier will not bring items inside your home.
• Upon delivery, carefully inspect the package before signing for it.
• If there is visible damage, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

Damaged or Missing Items

• If your vanity arrives damaged or with missing parts, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our return policy.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship within the continental U.S. only (excluding Alaska & Hawaii).
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Return Policy for Bathroom Vanities

At Urban Fresh Services, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled, and unassembled vanities in their original packaging.
• A restocking fee of 20% will apply to returned vanities.
• Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes vanities made to specific dimensions, finishes, or features requested by the customer.

How to Initiate a Return

• Contact our customer service team at contact@urbanfreshservices.net within 30 days of delivery.
• Provide your order number and photos of the item in its original condition.
• Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label or instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. Photos of damaged packages and goods must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your vanity arrives damaged or defective, report it within 48 hours of delivery. No exceptions will be made. You must provide photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom orders (vanities with special sizes, finishes, or modifications).
• Installed, used, or damaged items due to improper handling.
• Clearance or final sale items.
